Kajabi
As VP of Design at Kajabi, I led and scaled a team of 10 designers with whom I rebuilt the entire B2B application including restructuring the data architecture, redesigning the UI, boosting SUS and CSAT by ~30%, developing a robust design system, and improving key experiences across the board.
Weedmaps
As VP of Product Design and Brand Creative at Weedmaps, I led 20+ designers, researchers, and writers with whom I created a sophisticated design system and conducted a global redesign across both the business suite and consumer products.
Loot Crate
As VP of Product, Research, and Design at Loot Crate, I led 12 Product Managers, Product Designers, and Researchers.
As Design Lead at Google, I invented 11 patents and led a team of four designers with whom I developed successful business promotion and shopping products for YouTube and AdWords.
YouTube
As Design Lead at YouTube, I founded and led the company’s first-ever global redesign and developed it’s first design system. I also redesigned the commenting system to include modern features like threads, account management, and “magic” sorting and filtering.
textPlus
I co-invented textPlus and served as it’s Sr Director of Product Design and Front-End Development from 2007 to 2010
